As for online: Download SAMP and install it then you can play online on different servers :D
There are Role Play servers, drifting servers, war/deathmatch/fighting servers, and 1000's more.

you should try it its fun and dont need a good computer to play it

ik i play it all the time its fun i play the war servers and the zombie ones

Online San Andreas with some updated graphics would be awesome. And by updated graphics I mean a bit sharper, not like GTA 4
You know they did make and update to where you can Make san andreas GTA 4 texture and graphics
