A few weeks ago rumours started to circulate about Microsoft creating an Xbox TV. Perhaps an actual TV or a set-top box with striped down Xbox hardware inside that would host more casual type games.

More fuel is being adding to the rumour now as Microsoft seem to be employing people to help create software and content for the rumoured system.
Job vancanies have been spotted asking "do you want to help make Xbox Input 1 on the TV in the living room?" and more recently they have been searching for a television producer to work at their Soho based Microsoft Studio in order to “develop & deliver a number of new TV projects”

All of these devices will likely tie into the use of the recently released Xbox SmartGlass app and perhaps also the rumoured to be coming soon Xbox Surface tablet.

Sounds like a lot is happening at Microsoft right now.
