Freezing issue with latest dashboard update

Since the arrival of the latest patch to the Xbox Dashboard, some users have been reporting that their xbox consoles have been locking up while navigating the dashboard.

The Xbox Live official status page had noted the issue and said that the Xbox support team will soon be fixing the problem. That notice wasn’t up for too long before it was removed, now everything is reportedly fine with the service. Although if any users are still experiencing problems with the latest dashboard on their Xbox, they should get in contact with Xbox Support

Must just be me but I haven't had any issues. I don't like the dash, but no problems so far.

man this bugged me so much yester day . i had just got the game and my xbox kept frezing

The entire Dashboard, for months has been buggy.

They should have never changed it. The UI now with the metro is just unforgivable. The navigation menu is even worse to navigate now.

When I went to my pins on the Dashboard, my Xbox froze, so I hope it gets fixed. It also froze during a game, I'm not sure if that was part of it or what..

I have had this issue for along time now. Way before the latest update it has only got ten times worse. I suffer severe (console) lag. No matter what game or when I'm even just in the menus my console suffers lag spikes. I thought it was only just because of the age of my console but even people with the slim versions are getting it.

Please fix it, I've been having it for about year now.
