New Game Modes in the Works for Black Ops 2

Treyarch has revealed that a number of new game modes are currently in the works for Call of Duty: Black Ops 2.


When asked by Reddit users if any new game modes were planned, Treyarch game design director David Vonderhaar replied,
“Absolutely. Although we haven’t released any details, or even decided which ones, nor could I give you a count or time, we have several games modes we play in development.”

At the moment the major focus will be on ironing out bugs that have cropped up in the game since launch so don’t expect to see these any time soon.

This makes me curious. I wonder what game modes are going to be implemented, hopefully "War" like someone else stated.

They do I think no cod has good spawns ever.
I think they do it to make us mad lol but I am glad they are adding stuff so fast.


Does no one understand how hard it is to put spawns on maps? There's multiple people in one area that can be placed anywhere within that area. It's hard to spawn someone in an area with no one else in it because of the randomness of every ones movement.


Thats true i mean on some of the smaller maps (hijacked) there can be an enemy at either end so it is pretty hard to spawn far away from the other team

MGMT I really enjoyed Infected and All or Nothing in MW3. Hopefully they'll implement those into BLOPS 2. :3

No, survival was put in MW3 to itch peoples want for zombies. Infected was good. I also want to have 1v1, 2v2, and 3v3 back.

I could't agree more, WaW for me is my favourite CoD by far! Black ops 2 is alright but there is too much health, gay guns and LOADS AND LOADS OF CAMPERS!

Hopefully they consider adding the Infected game mode from Modern Warfare 3 into Black Ops 2, that would be heaps of fun.
