Microsoft: Four million Windows 8 upgrades so far

4.6
Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer has confirmed here at the BUILD 2012 developer keynote that since Friday, the official launch of Windows 8, the company has already sold four million Windows 8 software upgrades.

That's certainly not a bad start for Windows 8 but at the same time, most people will likely still stick with their current Windows OS and wait to buy a new PC to get Windows 8. On that front, Ballmer says that sales of Windows 8 products are good so far.

Leak In my opinion windows 8 isnt that good. It just looks like a tablet -_-

I agree, I'm not running Windows 8. I don't like the feel of it.

as a linux GNOME user, i hated windows 7, but after the first week of using windows 8, i **** love seven!
the only good things about 8 is the "apps" and this thing "non-always-running-desktop" but it is still kind of buggy if you have several screens. Or, if you dont have any touchscreen, sometimes it can be a pain in the ass switching between desktop and apps
