Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 confirmed for Wii U

4.7
With Nintendo's Wii U press conference, announcing the release date and price of the console, set to go down in New York shortly, we've managed to uncover one revelation just a bit early. Namely, Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 is definitely headed to the Wii U. It's not exactly shocking, given the proliferation of the series, but there you have it.

The news confirms a rumor from last month, when a Treyarch QA tester mentioned the Wii U platform on his LinkedIn profile. Stay tuned to Joystiq for more news from the upcoming international press conferences.

Dubai Good to see them trying to get the game on all consoles

Call of duty has always been on all consoles. Well except for the Gamecube.

Except for Call of Duty2: Big Red One and Call of Duty: Finest Hour which both were released on Gamecube...

-Khalifaa- If the quality is as bad or worse than the Wii with call of duty, it will be completly unplayable.

TFBUK These comments are just stupid.
What do you even know about it to comment?
I for one am looking forward to playing this:

To quote the Activision Press Conference:
"The full call of duty experience..."
"To run at 60 frames-per-second, the game will support True HD and with the consoles GamePad controller. Youll be able to play with friends split-screen, one player using the controller screen, and one the TV, or play the entire game on the controller."

Reasons it will be good:

(1) The first true HD Call of Duty on Nintendo console, native 1080p no upscaling like PS3 or X360, so will be the best console port graphically.

(2) Game will run at 60FPS on TV or controller so guaranteed to be the fast pace we all know and love.

(3) Special features for the special controller which you can play the entire game on without a TV.

(4) A proper controller if you get the Wii U Pro Controller (360 rip-off)

All bases covered. Might even be worth buying a Wii-U for but they are still overpriced IMO.

But who are you to make all these judgement's if you don't know about it either?

lol judgements? where are they. My comment only included fact and opinion stated clearly.
