Black Ops 2: Stolen and Modded?

4.4
It seems that a youtuber has stolen a testing build of Black Ops 2 off the xbox live servers. According to sources the build codenamed Phoenix was stolen using unauthorized access to the xbox live content system via marketplace manipulation.

There have been some recent tweaks to the content system due to programs allowing anyone to map and view hidden content on both the xbox live and pnet(developer) networks. We are being told that a listing of black ops 2 with hidden content being shown will reveal "Phoenix", this is the probable source of the leak being shown as hacked in the video below that has been archived by us for use in this article.

What is your opinion of both the leak due to marketplace manipulation and the decision to hack it? Should they have tighter control systems in place to stop thing like this from happening?

Comment below with your opinions and concerns!

Update: Activision via Irdeto have made us remove the video

This is why Call of Duty in general is not worth the money it brings in!
Also a reason why Halo is superior to any Call of Duty.
What every year a "new" Call of Duty comes out with the same old graphics, gameplay, and design!
Nothing new in fact the ONLY thing new is the name.

In the other hand a NEW Halo comes out every what 2-3 years! They actually take their time to make a game actually listening to the fans what they like and what they want.
They always step up the graphics BRAND NEW Gameplay and New features and I am not talking about Halo 4 I'm talking about any and Halo game.

In the end Call of Duty always makes more money due to all the little kids and people who HAVE to have the "new" Call of Duty every year.
But Halo always brings new surprises and actually is WORTH GETTING.

When was the last time you saw stupid flying people that are invincible forever shooting missiles out of their hands on Halo ONLINE?
That's right
NEVER

I can't believe someone has already modded it, that's crazy.

I hate the guy who modded this game, I hope he falls in a hole.

_-Wiz-Khalifa-_ hahaha just seen that coming way before it did. treyarch fails!

IW fails, Treyach are the ones that try to patch most of these.

MW2 Treyarch took over and they were the ones to patch most of the mods messing up the game, and the main reason most CoD games have mods is because of IW not keeping there garbage patched and when that happened modders learned to bypass things.

Hacked before it was ever released. New world record!!!

I'm finished with this. I applaud iHc James. He managed to get Terminal on MW3 early and play it online. Now he's jacked Black Ops 2 AND modded it? He's gonna leak so much gameplay and info. James might not show any of his modding work as it might lead to it getting patched. When BO2 comes, he'll mod like crazy. I can see him getting arrested soon. I mean, sh*t, he's gotten a letter from Activision before for a split screen patch.

Why waste time on this, Sure it's cool and all but is flying around on a game that will be out in 2 months anyway worth all the risk..

Not surprising there have been holes in XBLM and PNet for a while now.
This time an early Black Ops 2 Multiplayer Build was downloaded from PNet with a little trickery, the same method which liberated Terminal for MW3 ahead of release.

The lucky few with dev kits can run this but it won't run on retail or JTAG.
As for any mods, they will most likely have been patched in the latest build or will be patched by release.
