Knowing Treyarch, they patch and edit stuff faster than IW or even before people even start to really notice. They were pretty strict on their rules and I'm guessing they'll get even more strict on it for the sequel.

I don't care what anyone say this is going to be one amazing game. Finally Treyarch steps out of the loop that Cod has been on ever since Mw2. This is the game changer I have been waiting for although it may take a while to get used to it's still going to be flat out awesome!
