E3 - Carrier Command: Gaea Mission

4.6
Today at E3 we tried out a remake of Carrier Command being developed by Bohemia Interactive, the original launched over 20 years ago. The current remake is going to be available to both the Xbox 360 and PC platforms in September of this year.

The game itself can be best described as a mix of all elements of your favorite shooters, car games, and flight games rolled into one package that can be controlled via a easy to use RTS style control scheme. In the few minutes we had to try out their new game we felt that it brought something unique to the table that ourselves haven't seen contained in one game so nicely. A brief run down of the game itself, images of the game, and system specs for the PC version of the game can be found below:

HISTORY
In 2012, the original Carrier Command
celebrated its 24rd Anniversary. Many
long-time gamers already know and
love the game, but the Gaea Mission
will thrust it into the spotlight once
more. Here you can reflect on days
past, when a flickery monitor and
a dodgy 5.25" disk were the best
friends a gamer could have.
