If you have been following the franchise lately, you might be well aware of the fact that a new game is in the works, aka, God of War Ragnarok. It was announced in 2020 along with the new consoles, and the game was slated to be released in 2021. However, owing to the complications of the COVID-19 pandemic, the game was delayed to 2022.
God of War Rangarok Release Date Leaked By PlayStation Database
Since the delay, we haven’t heard much about the game’s progress. However, a listing today gives us some details about the release date of the game. This comes from Twitter account PlayStation Game Size which monitors the database listings.
According to the tweet, the database states that God of War Ragnarok will be releasing on September 30th, 2022. This is quite different from the April release date the previous game had. That being said, a September release date doesn’t sound impossible, considering that Forbidden West is coming out in the first quarter.
