Halo Infinite could get an ‘Early Access Bundle’ and at least 4 DLC's

Halo Infinite will be getting an Early Access bundle and multiple DLC packs, according to a new report.

Aggiornamenti Lumia, who regularly reports on listings that are added to the Xbox and Windows stores before they’re published, noted that a new listing for an Early Access Digital Bundle was added to the store, which included Halo Infinite as part of it.

Over the weekend, Aggiornamenti Lumia had also noted that Microsoft was in the process of adding DLC for Halo Infinite to the store. On October 29 they pointed out: “Halo Infinite got three new DLCs over the last few hours.” Then, the following day they simply replied “four”.

The Early Access store listing is currently entirely blank apart from the text “Early Access Digital Bundle”, but if valid it marks the first indication of a plan to allow some Halo Infinite players to start playing before the game’s December 8 release date.

Last week Xbox published a new video highlighting Halo Infinite‘s campaign mode (seen embedded above), which reveals new details such as upgradable abilities, new foes and more.

Developed by 343 Industries, Halo Infinite was originally planned as an Xbox Series X/S launch title in 2020 but was delayed due to quality concerns, and will now be released for consoles and PC on December 8.

Halo Infinite’s campaign will be released alongside the game’s free-to-play multiplayer component.

While the campaign and multiplayer will be released this holiday, the game won’t be launching as the complete package previously expected. In August, 343 Industries confirmed it had delayed two Halo Infinite launch modes to next year in order to make the game’s 2021 release.

Head of creative Joseph Staten revealed in a development update that 343 is now planning to release campaign co-op in Infinite’s second post-launch season, which will start around three months after launch, and Forge in Season 3, which is planned for around six months after launch.

Our Maze would be happy if it does

I wonder if Xbox insiders will get a early start, or will it be a pay by basis. Honestly sounds like a buy infinite with the campaign and you get early access.

This is awesome news! I'm so excited for this game!

4 dlc would be amazingly great !
