343 Studios maintains many of the key elements from bungie and many employees that shaped Halo, Halo2 and Halo3 remain with 343. Reach was crap and when it was made bungie had lost some important figures to 343 studios.
TL;DR Keep your panties on, Halo4 will be great!

All the halo's (except for ODST, Reach and Wars) had similarities.

I was just thinking if it were to be created by somebody else.. they could do it quite like Bungie.

How did you come to that conclusion? They haven't made any games yet. Halo 4 will be their first.

They made Halo CE: Anniversary, and some maps
