Guinness World Records has decided Call of Duty: Black Ops has the best video game ending of all time. Yes, you read that right...

How did Guinness come to this conclusion, you ask? It polled 13,000 people.
Along with Black Ops, the top ten features Halo: Reach, The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, Red Dead Redemption and Metal Gear Solid 4.

"This list recognises some of the greatest endings and hopefully will get gamers talking about what are their favourites and why," said Guinness.

Who ever made that list is a complete idiot.
How in the hell does any Mario game besides Galaxy gonna have a good ending?!
Gears Of War 3&2 deserve a much higher spot on the list. Also, everyone hated the ending to Red Dead Redemption.
How does Sonic make it up there too!?
They need to stick to pointless records from now on -.-

Thanks for showing everyone that gears of war players intelligence is a force to be reckon with. Anyways, i cant grasp how gears of war 2 (let alone blacks ops having the having the best game ending) has a better ending then gears 3. What shocks me even more that it is not even categorize in the top 50 yet games like blacks ops is number 1. This cant really be an accurate list since the majority of the participation engage in the shooter genre (preferably Cod which is %80) only and cant experience the other genre and what they offer.Although I have no proof, we can presume that this is true. They really should start thinking how they can make this poll available to a wider branch of gamers.

how would someone who's not biased for COD find the poll when it was being conducted? You think they would get some educated people or put the word out there about the poll. Granted you have to admit that black ops had a better than average ending, but definitely not number one. Why not Halo one? i know its on the list but it could go higher. An ending is good because your attached to the characters and are excited/happy/sad/upset by what happens in the end. It makes me wonder if they just look at the all-time sales records for the games and how many active players there are, who knows,everyone will just have to vote for better games next time, hopefully.
