2K and Gearbox have officially announced Borderlands spin-off Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and PC for release in early 2022.

Wonderlands is described as a “high-fantasy take on a looter shooter” featuring characters from the Borderlands games.

According to voice actor Ashly Burch, Wonderlands is not a Borderlands game but a “standalone” experience with a campaign, four player co-op and endgame content.

“People that love Borderlands will find lots of elements to love about Wonderlands,” she said Summer Game Fest Kickoff Live.
