It is believed that the Call of Duty Elite App for Xbox 360 and other platforms will be launched on November 8th to coincide with this year's blockbuster Modern Warfare 3. The Xbox 360 version of the app weighs in at 99mb, which we're sure is full of some CoD stat tracking goodness. Read more for a few early screenshots we recently received from a unnamed source...

LuNaTiC509 Quit complaining about it being $50.. we get a year worth of DLC for FREE. It also has more to offer than Bungie.net or Battlelog

Why should we stop complaining, for whoever is getting Premium you're paying almost as much as Live itself and this is probably going to be now a regular subscription, that now makes $110 instead of just $60. Now the more financially lucky will have no problem with this, while the people who have less to spend on entertainment (like my self) will have a difficult time trying to get this advantage that many others have because they could actually afford to dish out another $50. I know it's more expensive to just buy the overpriced DLC alone then with Premium but whatever. Only because Infinity Ward makes the best maps Call of Duty has ever seen. PLUS Call of Duty should have done this years ago. Bungie did this in 2007 with Halo 3 and Battlefield did it in 2008 with the first Bad Company.

The app itself is free but the premium content is not.

I would buy this Elite, well, i would buy the hardened edition of the game but they dont offer it for PC :/ If they dont offer Hardened edition or Elite to the PC and they still charge us full wack for the DLC, I will seriously just give up with Call of Duty, they are totally ripping people off with this! What is actually good about this other than the free DLC? Nothing am I right, and if they are bringing out one piece of DLC every month and you get it free for 9 months I think the DLC will probably be Bad. My opinion, what you guys think?

Ascendancy Halo makes a service about ranks and stuff on their website for free, CoD takes the idea and charges $50. Genius!

They only charge $50 for premium which is almost pointless if you're not part of a clan. Bungie has Premium for just under ten dollars.
