Cyberpunk 2077 Release Screenshots Showing Aspects of the Game

Cyberpunk 2077 releases new and vibrant screenshots of the game on Twitter.

As we approach almost a month until Cyberpunk 2077 is unleashed into the gaming world, CD Projekt RED’s upcoming adventure that deals in a megalopolis obsessed with power, glamour, and body modification, has already gone gold. Simply put, the game is done with the development process and it will be available on the release date with no delays which is a blessing to fan’s ears due to being pushed back twice already. As we head towards the final hurdle, Cyberpunk 2077‘s official Twitter account has released three screenshots showcasing different areas you’ll find as you make your way around the game.

One of the screenshots is a dusky view of North Oak, one of the neighboring areas of the Night City. In the shot, we can see a radio tower just above the North Oaks sign, scattered monuments to the right that are illuminated by some ground beams and some cars as they make their way past the neon-lit metropolis. Next up we have an up-close and personal shot of an enemy looking to get into some trouble with the game’s protagonist. The scene seems to be captured inside a building of sorts and from the look of the lights reflected behind, it could be one of the many high-rise structures seen interwoven throughout the game.

The final screenshot shown by CD Projekt RED bursts into the frame with a red hue background which, if you have played The Last of Us Part 2, that can only mean things are going to get pretty crazy. The enemy facing the protagonist, which could be an assassin, is seen posed and ready for action. The tip of their barrel looks strange, as though it has been cut at an angle for whatever reason. The player here is seen about to throw some shapes with built-in electrified arm blades. I wonder how this encounter will end?

Thanks to three episodes of Night City Wire, we now know a lot more about Night City and its active gangs and corporations. Also, we got to have a look at the available weapons and some unique features such as Braindance over the online streams. Cyberpunk 2077 is set to be launched on November 19 for Xbox Series X and S, Xbox One, PS5, PS4, Stadia, and PC. The game will feature free next-gen upgrade for those who are supposed to play it on current-gen consoles first.
