New Xbox Launch coming Christmas 2013?

Microsoft is reportedly planning a Christmas 2013 launch for the as yet unannounced Xbox 720.

That's according to respected industry site Develop, which claims that several projects are already underway for the new Microsoft system, including a Fable game at Lionhead internally named 'Fable Next'.

The site says data from multiple "sources across the industry, from processor chip manufacturers to middleware firms", points to an official reveal at E3 2013 followed by a Christmas launch, though early 2014 remains a possibility.

1. Online players die down.
2. Devs stop making games for it
3. Becomes obsolete.

Therefore, the 360 has none of these conditions and won't any time soon because of MW3, BF3, and Gears 3 and many more games. So don't make it unless you willing to drop your income.

yes. the 360 has reached its potential as far as hardware capabilities, and 2013 is two years from now, so who knows how much people are going to be dying for a new xbox. 8 years sounds like a good run.

No one does its unannounced however xbox games work on the xbox 360

Well think about it, ps1 and ps2 games still work on ps3 and gamecube games work on the Wii
