Cyberpunk 2077 Partnering With SteelSeries For Special Headset Line

3.8
SteelSeries and Cyberpunk 2077 have teamed up to make more essential gear for any die-hard Cyberpunk 2077 fan.

Cyberpunk 2077 is now months from release, but that doesn’t mean there aren’t ways to show everyone you’re the biggest fan of a game that isn’t out yet. For instance, you could pick up the limited edition Cyberpunk Xbox One X, which comes loaded with custom panels, LEDs, and a custom themed controller. But maybe you’re not a fan of Xbox consoles, or maybe you just play on PC? In that case, SteelSeries has your back, as it’s recently partnered with Cyberpunk to produce their own line of limited edition high-end headsets.

Included in the production line are two headsets and three “booster packs” with custom headbands and magnetic plates to change up the style of your Arctis Pro headset. The first of the two full headsets is the Johnny Silverhand Edition Arctis 1. Manufactured for Xbox, PC, Switch and Android devices, this headset will run you $109.99, and features a sleek design reminiscent of Keanu Reeves’ character in Cyberpunk 2077. Sporting a battered metal look on the outside of one headphone and the distinctly Cyberpunk mecha-samurai on the other, it’s a unique piece of hardware. This headset has also been future-proofed and is ready for use with the Xbox Series X.

If you’re playing on PS4 but still want to snag some high-quality Cyberpunk gear, you’ll be relegated to the Arctis 1 Wireless Netrunner Edition headset. This yellow and black themed piece of tech will run you the same $109.99 as its Xbox-exclusive counterpart. The main difference here is that it’s not clear if the Netrunner Edition headset will be compatible with the upcoming PS5.

Now if you’re already touting a pair of SteelSeries Arctis Pro headsets, don’t worry; you won’t have to buy an entire other pair. SteelSeries is selling “booster packs” with Cyberpunk-themed headbands and magnetic earplates to spice up your matte black headphones. These packs are also much cheaper than any headsets – running at $34.99 each – and leave you repping one of the game’s many factions.

Hopefully, that sates your thirst for Cyberpunk 2077 gear. If it doesn’t, I suppose you could always replace your arm with a replica of Johnny Silverhand’s from Gamestop, although I’m not encouraging that whatsoever.

Cyberpunk 2077 is dropping September 17 on PS4, Xbox One, and PC.

Cyberpunk is doing a great job with promos for the game I really hope it's good. First the xbox console and controller and now this. Very excited and the headsets look great!
