Well, it appears that Gears of War 3 Campaign has already been modded. Big thanks to our friends over at Horizon for creating this tool. The Horizon dev team is at it again tearing up yet another popular xbox 360 game. This one comes with a full edit of your Characters data. You can even change your model.
