Those Who Remain will arrive in May as a standard edition and a deluxe edition.

In 2018, Those Who Remain teased its haunting gameplay trailer. In 2019, the game landed Wired Productions as a publisher. Now, the game has revealed its launch date as well as a deluxe edition that’s available for pre-order.

The game follows Edward, set in the town of Dormont where reality is warped by darkness. It’s a first-person adventure thriller and suits Wired Productions style of publishing similar games such as Close to the Sun, and The Town of Light. The game is said to delve into the human psyche.

A brand new trailer has also been released which teases creepy looking gameplay with numerous types of environments being teased. There are also some impressive surreal scenes that take place to enhance the psychological side of things. You can watch the trailer below.



Those Who Remain will be launching as a standard edition, but will also be available as a retail-exclusive deluxe edition for PS4 and PC. The deluxe edition not only includes the game but also the illustrated comic prequel story ‘Those Who Remain: Lights Out’. In addition to the release date announcement, Wired Productions confirmed that a Nintendo Switch version of the game is also in development and will launch Summer 2020.

Those Who Remain will be landing on PS4, Xbox One, and PC on May 15.
