It's highly likely Square Enix will finally publish the Kingdom Hearts 3 Re Mind DLC this December along with a new launch trailer.

The Kingdom Hearts Orchestra -World of Tres- concert just happened in Japan today on November 30, and multiple fans who attended the event reported on social media that new information regarding the Kingdom Hearts 3 Re:Mind DLC was announced there. Most notably that a new trailer for the Kingdom Hearts 3 Re:Mind DLC is coming this December. It’s highly likely the DLC will launch simultaneously or very soon after this trailer.

During the concert, it was also revealed that Kingdom Hearts 3 will be getting a new update, probably with the launch of the Re;Mind DLC. It’ll add new functionalities to the game, most notably a new Photo Mode called Data Creating, and a new Premium Menu which can make the game much easier or much harder. Here are all the details:

Data Creating is a new photo mode that allows you to pose any character with any objects and effects. You’ll also be able to make slideshows with the photos you took. And it seems to even be possible to add different photo frames and BGMs playing during the slideshow.

As for the Premium Menu, this will be a menu with multiple new features. One of these features is called “Fast Pass”, it allows players to weaken enemies. Another functionality is called “Black Code” and it’s basically for self-imposed challenges. You can, for example, set the game so you’re unable to use items, or unable to use healing magic.

All of this will probably be officially announced on the official KH Japanese Twitter in the next few hours.
