World War Z and Dishonored 2 Arrive on Xbox Game Pass This Month

4.2
Here are what games are heading to Xbox Game Pass this month.
Major Nelson has once again revealed another line up of games that are making their way to Xbox Game Pass this month, and the selection is looking juicy. The line up is specifically for console games.

Starting us off on October 3, we’ll see Dishonored 2 heading to Xbox Game Pass. We reviewed Arkane Studio’s sequel to Dishonored and scored it a 9/10. The game finds players taking control of a supernatural assassin with a collection of weapons, gadgets, and skills. You’ll be able to choose if you wish to kill sneakily, or just rush everyone and hope for the best.

On October 10, Saber Interactive’s World War Z will be heading to the service. A co-op third-person shooter that puts players in a small group against hordes of zombies that’s certainly bound to set tensions running high. We’ve got a review on World War Z that you can check out here. If you enjoyed the Left 4 Dead titles, you’ll possibly enjoy this.

Yooka Laylee, the cute looking duo in this platformer will be heading to Xbox Game Pass in October. We interviewed Playtonic’s composers and discussed the soundtrack of the game, so if you’re interested in that, give it a read.

Fallout: New Vegas will be heading to Xbox Game Pass as a backward compatibility title on October 17. Navigate Obsidian Entertainment’s post-apocalyptic world set in the year 2281. Interested in knowing what we thought of it? You can read our review here.

Another title that will be launching as a Day One Premiere is Felix the Reaper. Developed by Kong Orange, the game is a dance-filled puzzler about death. The puzzles seem like an interesting aspect, having you manipulate the shadows of the world to pass each level.

Panzer Dragoon Orta is heading to the service as a backward compatibility title. Players control Orta, a girl who rides a dragon to save the world. The game actually arrived as a backward compatibility game last year, but now players who are part of Xbox Game Pass will be able to get hands-on with it.

Additionally, if you’re subscribed to Xbox Game Pass you’ll be able to get up to 50% off specific games. The full list can be found here, and the offer is available from today until October 7.
