Rumor: Treyarch Testing Call Of Duty 9, Project Iron Wolf

It seems someone who works at Treyarch is on the Friends list of a gamer, who spotted that assumed employee playing Iron Wolf. There are pics from Xbox Live to support the claim, and you can also see the person playing Team Deathmatch on an unknown map. Personally, that throws up a red flag, just because I’ve often heard that developers don’t embark on multiplayer until a great many assets are in place. But then again, things change fast, and given the nature of the industry today – and especially of Call of Duty – I’m sure multiplayer is the top priority. So maybe that really is a Treyarch employee, and maybe CoD9 really is codenamed “Project Iron Wolf.” We just don’t know if that’s a Black Ops follow-up or something new. Heck, maybe it isn’t even a CoD! An entirely new IP! Wouldn’t that be refreshing? there’s no guarantee the rumor is real, anyway

Trey arch made a contract saying they have to produce one call of duty game every year go look at win black ops came out last year so trey arch isnt trying to make games that are pretty much the same with a lil tweaks they have to or activistion will drop there contract if you were them would you do the same to keep making that tons of money that they make ? I personally hate black ops with a freaking passion but I don't complain bc I bought it with my money and it was my choice even though I sold it within the first month of having it but ease up abit it not there fault blame activistion

Iron Wolf is a code name, not the title of the next Call of Duty video game. ALL developers use a code name for the title they are working on, so if ANYTHING gets leaked, similar to this, no one can be sure as to what it really is.

This isn't tony hawk, stop spilling these games out like you have dirt in your water. I remember when i first got CoD 5 and CoD 4 before i heard of MW2 and thats when the days were good.
