Borderlands 3 Gets New Screenshots Showing Off Environments

The developers of the popular Borderlands series recently said they needed a break from the popular series, but they’re coming back with a vengeance this September with Borderlands 3, and now we get some new screenshots to get a look at Pandora and the environments you’ll be shooting and looting through.

We got a trailer earlier where Claptrap humorously lead us through Pandora, but today Take-Two and Gearbox released some still screenshots to let you take a closer look. It’ll look pretty familiar to fans of the franchise with the signature wasteland look and distinct art style. It also gives you a good idea of just how much the graphics have improved from the last game. Check them all out below.

Borderlands 3 will release on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC September 13th. Strap in, too, because the game is going to be a pretty lengthy one with a single player mode that will last you around 35 hours.

It could literally be the same world as borderlands 2 and I'd still be pumped, I just can't wait for new story content

I think we will see a lot of new level designs. Either way I'm cool with it as long as it matches the quality of Borderlands 2. The only game I'm willing to preorder and even get the collectors edition of. I'm probably going to regret it haha. As much as I hate to admit it, most games this gen are disappointments outside of a select few PS4 titles. That's coming from a long term Xbox guy.
