Beyond: Two Souls Demo Is Available to Download on PC

Beyond: Two Souls receives a demo ahead of its full release on PC next month

Quantic Dream announced in March that Detroit: Become Human, Beyond: Two Souls and Heavy Rain would be making their way to the Epic Games Store, but before Beyond: Two Souls’ full release date for PC on July 22, you can now play an hour-long demo that includes two levels: a very young Jodie as she takes part in an experiment at the Department of Paranormal Activities and an older Jodie as she tries to escape the clutches of government agents.

This is a great way for those of you who didn’t get the opportunely to jump into the world of this critically acclaimed psychological thriller that features Hollywood stars Ellen Page and Willem Dafoe. You play out the life of Jodie Holmes who is born with a connection to an incorporeal entity called Aiden that infuses Jodie with incredible powers, although things take a dangerous and turbulent path that sees Jodie fighting for her life.

Even though Beyond: Two Souls plays more like an Interactive movie, the title is a lot of fun although pretty short so it would be perfect if you’re looking for something to tide you over for the weekend. Just like Heavy Rain, Beyond: Two Souls port will feel comfortable in the PC player community, even those with high-end rigs. 4K in 60 FPS will be available, although there is no word if that will be the frame rate cap since it’s not ideal for those with 144 Hz monitors.

To try the demo out for yourself, head over to the Epic Games Store now to start playing today before its full release on July 22. Check out the Beyond: Two Souls Official PC trailer below:
