EA Offers Battlefield 3 Beta Early To Preorder Customers

Gaming publishing giant Electronic Arts has announced that people who pre-order the Battlefield 3 game from its Origin online store will get early access to the beta version of the game’s multiplayer mode.

According to a post on the Battlefield 3 blog, gamers who pre-order the game from EA’s store will get early access to its multiplayer beta, which will be launched next month in September.

People pre-ordering from EA will also get access to the Back To Karkand expansion pack and the Physical Warfare pack, the post informed.

“The beta will also be available to owners of Medal of Honor Limited Edition, who are expected to get early access as well. The beta will go open and will be available to all players, at some point,” the post read.

Meanwhile, gamers who have pre-ordered the game from retailers like Amazon, Gamestop and BestBuy, are also going to get expansion packs and other downloadable content.

Amazon is offering gamers a set of dog tags for multiplayer along with access to the Back To Karkand expansion pack. Gamestop is offering the Physical Warfare pack and the Back to Karkand DLC. BestBuy is offering Back To Karkand DLC and a set of new multiplayer skins.

x_PhOeNiXx_o I hate how EA always try to draw people in with stupid offers, they do it with every game they've released recently and once the game's been out a few months those little bonus things you got were a waste of money considering the price of the game will drop after release.

You are truly an idiot. The Limited Edition version of BF3 with "those little bonus things" is the same price as the regular edition. It's all free if you pre-order. It doesn't cost you one cent extra.

This isn't the whole article. It also says that the early beta entry is only 2 days before it becomes open to everybody. It's really not that big of a deal, but I thought people would want to know.

TTGhollowpoint As much as i would like battlefield 3 to be as good as mw3 it wont be. it will be choppy 30 fps and clunky feeling it looks that way already in the mp realease footage. maps will be to big and gameplay will be way to slow. so if that is your thing more power to you. i think i'll stick with the sure bet laggy over powered smg's and shity spawns LOL

Your statement is completely false. Know what you're talking about before you post, its kind of annoying. An HD action movie, can be made in no less than 18-Fps. 18. And you're calling 30-fps "Clunky". The truth is what makes visuals clunky. Is a perhaps 50-Fps movie. With no motion blur. Without motion blur your perceiving to much detail. Therefore processing it slower, making it clunky and noticeably off. If Bf3 was 18 Fps with motion blur, which it has, it wouldn't matter, you cant tell the difference, Your eyes consider 10-Fps a fluid motion. So stop trolling.
And before anyone comments back, Search it first. Im right..

Are you stupid? Do you reall think that the human eye can notice anything above 40FPS? So your saying that almost all the current games that run at 30FPS are clunky, including MW2, GoW, and BF2? Get real, MW3 isn't going to change any gaming mechanics At ALL. Just the same old thing, you must have a really slow computer if you can't notice how smooth all games run. Your just another Call of Duty zombie who can't see anything from another prespective because you think you are good because the game is EASY. That's why everybody plays it, it's just to simple. Try playing a game that takes at least a minute bit of skill like Halo or Gears.

Get your head out of your ****.

I Like both games , but imma hold on to BF.
I hate it when there's an article of BF3 , and it's being a cod fanboy war instead of bf 3 what they think about it -_-

I'm a CoD Fan but I'm definitely not gonna hate on battlefield, these two games, MW3 and BF3 are completely different, you can't compare them because both games are focused or different things, it's like compering Forza and NFS, both of them are racing games but both of them are absolutely different. I think that kids on this site should grow up and understand that both of thses games are the best FPS's out there, each one of them in a different way, hopefully everyone respects my opinion. :)
