Bethesda's press conference is over. While the Bethesda name is most associated with Fallout and The Elder Scrolls, the publisher is behind a much wider array of games, as was on full display during the conference. We got new looks at Doom Eternal and Wolfenstein: Youngblood, along with reveals of several brand-new titles, including Deathloop from Dishonored developer Arkane.

Full 2019 Bethesda E3 Showcase

- Elder Scrolls Blades Exits Early Access, Launching On Switch
During their E3 press event, Bethesda announced that their mobile title The Elder Scrolls Blades has become their second game running to become the no. 1 mobile game- and they followed that up by some big announcements for the game. For starters, the game has now exit early access, and iOS and Android users can download it for free right now.

Bethesda also announced that The Elder Scrolls Blades will be releasing on Nintendo Switch as well, in Fall of this year. It will support motion controls, and of course, players will be able to play it in handheld and console mode. It will still be free (obviously), but most importantly, it will feature cross-play and cross-progression with the mobile versions of the game.

An Arena mode will also be coming to the game later this year, and will add PvP content to the game. Stay tuned for more information as E3 carries on.

- Fallout 76 Free Trial Revealed Alongside Battle Royale Mode
A free trial for Bethesda's tepidly received Fallout game, Fallout 76, will be available starting very soon. During the publisher's E3 2019 briefing today, Bethesda said the free trial for Fallout 76 will release on June 10; it'll be free until June 17.

June 10 is also the day that Fallout 76's battle royale mode, Nuclear Winter, is released. It seems likely that the free trial and the launch of the battle royale mode were timed together to try to get more people into the game.

Fallout 76 was maligned for a great many things when it first launched, but chief among them was probably the absolute lack of human NPCs in the game, something which deprived the game of so much the series has always been known for- story, personality, memorable characters, meaningful choices and consequences. Well, Bethesda are working on fixing that pronto.

At their E3 2019 press event, they announced that Fallout 76 will be getting a new expansion called Wastelanders, which had previously been leaked. The DLC will bring human NPCs to the game, which also means a brand new questline, choices and consequences, dialogue choices, and everything else you’d expect to go along with that.

The Wastelanders update is out later this year, in Fall- and best of all, it will be free for everyone who already has Fallout 76. Incidentally, Bethesda also announced that Fallout 76 is free to play on all platforms starting today, up until June 17th- so if you like what you play and think you might like Wastelanders even more, now’s the chance to get a taste of the wasteland.

- GhostWire: Tokyo Revealed By Evil Within Studio
The game, called Ghostwire Tokyo, is, as you would expect from Mikami’s studio, a horror title. People are disappearing all over Tokyo, and things are suitably spooky- not much else was said about the setting, but the reveal trailer did show some pretty bizarre supernatural things, as well as some spooky imagery (but, again, that’s to be expected from Tango).

- The Elder Scrolls Online's Elsweyr Revealed
Dragons haven't taken over Bethesda's E3 2019 presentation, but they are making their to the world of The Elder Scrolls Online. With the new Elsweyr DLC, Bethesda debuted a new cinematic trailer showing a fierce battle between a ferocious dragon and an assortment of adventurers. You can check out the flashy trailer below.

- Rage 2 expansion Rise of the Ghosts announced
Not a ton is known about the Rise of the Ghosts expansion, including when the game will be released. However, we should likely be expecting it before 2020 rolls around.

RAGE 2 is available now on PC, PS4, and Xbox One. You can check out the full trailer (in all its “clickbaity” glory) below for a visualization of how off-the-wall it is.

- New Wolfenstein: Youngblood Trailer Revealed
Wolfenstein: Youngblood is scheduled to release on July 26th for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC platforms.

- Commander Keen Is Back, In Mobile Form
The original Commander Keen was a series of four 2D platformers created by ID Software between 1990 and 1991. Classic enemies from the original series of games, including the Grand Intellect, dopefish, and more, appeared in the trailer for the new game. Commander Keen will soft launch this summer.

- Deathloop Announced By Dishonored Developer
“Deathloop transports players to the lawless island of Blackreef in an eternal struggle between two extraordinary assassins," reads an official description of the game. "Explore stunning environments and meticulously designed levels in an immersive gameplay experience that lets you approach every situation any way you like. Hunt down targets all over the island in an effort to put an end to the cycle once and for all, and remember, if at first you don’t succeed… die, die again."

- DOOM Eternal Release Date Revealed Alongside New Trailer
Like the first game, DOOM Eternal is powered by the incredible idTech 7 and has a soundtrack composed by the legendary Mick Gordon. In it, you once again play as DOOM Slayer as you blow apart new and classic demons with powerful weapons in never-before-seen worlds waiting to be littered with carnage. More on the game, below:

- Bethesda Announces Orion Software
During Bethesda’s E3 2019 press conference, the company announced Orion, new software that’ll allow developers to optimize their games for streaming. This software technology should allow streaming options on the upcoming consoles from Sony and Microsoft, as well as the Google Stadia to work well.

If you’d like to try out Orion for yourself, Bethesda will allow players to play DOOM (2017). All you have to do is register over at Slayersclub.com. More information regarding that will be revealed within the coming weeks.

We also got the chance to see Orion running DOOM on a cellphone. The software will support native 4K as well as 60 frames per second regardless of what platform you choose to play on. No other details were given but we’ll be sure to update you once we find out more.

While this seems like a strange announcement for E3, which normally seems more consumer-facing than a GDC, make no mistake — this is an industry trade show. While it is unclear if Bethesda is looking to license Orion to other developers or publishers, this software may become as popular as Engines like Unreal or Havok if streaming takes off. Being able to better optimize and minimize data usage is a cornerstone to making streaming a viable gaming option, and helps both the developer/publisher and player on costs.

- New DOOM Eternal Multiplayer Mode Revealed
Bethesda’s first trailer for the new mode is just a teaser though, and it’ll have more to share on Battlemode during QuakeCon 2019, according to a description that accompanied the trailer.
