NetherRealm is Giving Mortal Kombat 11 Players In-Game Currency

3.7
The Towers of Time mode in Mortal Kombat 11 has left many fans of the game unhappy and NetherRealm is taking the precautions to fix it.

Despite Mortal Kombat 11 otherwise being an excellent fighting game and one of the best entries in the series, fans have been pretty disgruntled about the Towers of Time mode.

If you do not know, the game mode is a time-limited set of challenges that has players fight computer-controlled opponents for rewards.

The only issue with the Towers of Time mode is that it is insanely difficult, many describing it as just flat out unfair. Each Tower has modifiers that will alter the match in some way. Some modifiers will send projectiles toward you while others will buff the AI in some way. To shorten it, players are not happy with Towers of Time.

NetherRealm posted on Reddit and acknowledged the difficult issues in the game mode and stated that changes are in the works. It also is giving out 500,000 Koins, 500 Hearts, 1000 Soul Fragments, and 1000 Time Krystals to help players. The patch will come early next week for the PS4 and Xbox One versions. It will include the information stated above, reduce the AI difficult, and increase the rewards in Towers of Time.

Additionally, there will be two patches for the Switch version of the game. The two patches will include everything stated above as well as make improvements to the stability of the game.

The PC version was already updated, a second update is coming early next week.
