If you got Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 for Christmas or you’re just knee deep in the game in general, then you may want to keep an eye on the Black Market store. Today, Treyarch announced that the in-game store has been hit with a 50% discount on all items, the first time in my recollection that this has happened for the game.

This means that anything, from Tier skips in the Contraband system to Blackout skins like Ultimus Takeo (which was just added a couple days ago) are all half off. It should be worth noting that COD points in-and-of-themselves are not half off; you’re just getting all the in-game items for half the price.

One hand, this is fantastic as it’s rare that Call of Duty and “half-off” are spoken in the same sentence. That being said, as YouTuber PrestigeIsKey pointed out on Twitter, this is kind-of scummy for those people who purchased the new Blackjack items on Day 1 for full price, only to have it go on sale a couple days later.

Treyarch said that these changes will last until January 1, 2019, which I expect will see another major update to the game.
