Overwatch League Sees The Washington Justice Joining the 2019 Season

The Washington Justice joins the upcoming 2019 Overwatch League sporting a patriotic color scheme of red, white, and blue.
Joining the busy ranks of the upcoming 2019 Overwatch League is another new team that will bulk up the tournament’s numbers. Following hot on the heels of last week’s Vancouver Titans reveal comes a side representing the United States of America’s capital; the Washington Justice.

The team borrows inspiration from the region’s constant strive towards justice which it holds dear to its heart and sees as an important human value.

The American side’s patriotic values are evident throughout the team’s uniforms and logo. The Washington Justice’s costumes are a combination of bright red and blue with hints of stark white running throughout to represent their country’s flag.

The Washinton Justice’s logo is seen as a shield which again sports the red, white, and blue color scheme. The design depicts a long shield with sharp edges. Its center shows a white five-point star on a blue backdrop. Below this is a red on white layout which subtly sports the letter W with an image of the Washington Monument as its centerpiece. The logo is then framed with a red outline, a thick white border, and finally a thin blue edge.

The Overwatch League 2019 has seen an impressive run of reveals recently which included eight new teams stretching from Europe’s Paris Eternal to China’s Hangzhou Spark. The upcoming league will be kicking off on February 14, 2019.

Overwatch is available now on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC. You can pick up a copy of the popular team-based FPS on Amazon.
