As the follow-up to the acclaimed original, Red Dead Redemption 2 looks to be going even deeper into its recreation of the American West through a world that feels dense and detailed, with the studio giving another closer look at the gameplay of the anticipated Western title through a new video.

Announced yesterday by Rockstar Games, the studio released a new gameplay video into Red Dead Redemption 2 that gives a bit more of a deepdive into the game’s complex open-world and range of side activities.

Specifically, this time around the new gameplay video gives a closer look at the game’s missions, including epic heists and robberies, and a number of the side activities that players will find throughout the world of Red Dead Redemption 2.

Since the last gameplay video released that gave a look into the details and ways to explore its world, Rockstar has highlighted in the past few weeks that the world of Red Dead Redemption 2 is truly aiming to feel dynamic and lived-in, with the game to feature an ecosystem of wildlife that includes over 200 different animal species.

Red Dead Redemption 2 will release for PS4 and Xbox One on October 26th, 2018. For a closer look at the game, you can check out the newly-released gameplay video below, and you can also pre-order the game on Amazon now ahead of its release later this month.
