If you still haven’t purchased Destiny 2: Forsaken but you’ve been wanting to try out one of its major new offerings, Bungie’s got your back this coming weekend.

Gambit, the PvE and PvP hybrid mode, will be available to all owners of Destiny 2 this weekend. This is the second time that Gambit has been available to all players with the first instance being the weekend before Forsaken released.

By pure happenstance, I actually played a ton of Gambit last night and I thought it was a ton of fun. This is one of the most unique multiplayer game modes I’ve played in quite awhile and I’m looking forward to digging into it even more over the coming days. Even if you don’t plan on purchasing Forsaken but you already own Destiny 2, I’d encourage you to give Gambit a go this weekend.

There’s a new trailer below for Gambit as well promoting this free trial. The free weekend for Gambit will begin this Friday September 21 at 10 AM PDT and will last until September 23. Destiny 2: Forsaken is also out now on PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
