NHL 19 Kicks The Ice With Its Launch Trailer

EA Sports released the launch trailer for the 2019 iteration of its long running Hockey game franchise, NHL 19.

The short but impressive trailer features some spectacular ice hockey action, all using the game’s actual engine and thus representative of the play experience one would have with it. While I played the original one on Megadrive, some later iterations on PlayStation, and have some fun memories of their fist fights, I can’t say I’ve been following the series lately. However, it’s always nice to see such a long running game franchise still alive and kicking.

NHL 19 is available now for PS4 and Xbox One. If you’re undecided whether you should be getting the game or not, you can check out our review in progress of the game, while waiting for the full review which will release soon. If you’re an Hokcey fan, already planned to grab the game but haven’t yet, you could do so on Amazon.

Think I'm gonna wait a while to see if I buy it. Usually don't like sport games too much but this doesn't look half bad

This is definitely one of the better instalments to the series in recent years. It's actually fun to play and games are quite exciting. Feels smooth and plays very well.

I was unsure of getting it after seeing trailers and information releases but decided to purchase it on the release day and I've not been disappointed.
