Pieces of Black Ops 4’s Blackout Map Are Being Sent to Influencers

4.2
Besides the question of the player count in Call of Duty: Black Ops 4’s Blackout mode (which was announced around an hour or so ago), another inquiry players had was about the map size. Now, it seems like Treyarch is finally answering that question as well, as they have begun sending pieces of the overall map to influencers in the community, and it looks absolutely massive.

As originally reported on by CharlieIntel, community influencers PrestigeIsKey, HollowPoiint, and OGXRAYZ each received a Direct Message from Call of Duty’s official Twitter account, with each message including a unique piece of the Battle Royale mode’s official map. Given that it’s only three parts of the map, it wouldn’t be unwise to assume that other influencers also received a message, and have yet to post about it.

That being said, the map itself seems like that it’ll not only be huge but that it’s filled with points of interest, which was one of my worries about the mode. I was able to find what I believe to be Raid from Call of Duty: Black Ops II, but I can’t quite put my finger on the other areas of the map. Let us know if you find other maps below.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 is set to be released on October 12, 2018, and will be available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Windows PC. If you want to pre-order the game on Amazon, you can do so by clicking here.

Woobie It's gonna be really interesting to see how vehicles and zombies play into their version of BR.

I completely agree. Can't wait to see what other surprises they are incorporating as well to make BR more their own

The trailer is actually out and it looks pretty decent. Looking forward to playing the beta and seeing more gameplay.

Orca Still not overly convinced with this game in the slightest, but I'll givd the beta of this a go and see what I think afterwards

Yeah I really don't have high hope for blackout, CoD is just in the coffin already, really hoping this beta changes my mind this time around

I actually have high expectations for the black out but I'm sure I'll be wrong

I can't wait to watch the trailer for this shit. Personally I didn't think much of the Battle Royale game mode, it's just not a thing I thought I'd ever see CoD do tbh
