During the Kingdom Hearts Orchestra concert held at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion in Los Angeles, which DualShockers attended, Kingdom Hearts III Director Tetsuya Nomura got on stage to introduce a brand new trailer and announce the much-anticipated release dates.
The trailer showcased content from Ratatouille and Tangled, and it’ll probably be published soon (so yeah, you won’t find it in this post). Most interestingly, we finally got a release date of the game, that will launch in the west on Jan 29th, 2019 for PS4 and Xbox One.
Japan will get the game just a little earlier, on January 25th.
During his brief speech, Nomura-san apologized for the delay but did not provide a specific reason. He also promised that there will be more to see during E3. To be more precise, there will be more than one trailer incoming.
