Battlefield V Officially Revealed in First Gameplay Trailer

3.7
Last week, EA announced that the next entry in the Battlefield series, Battlefield V, would be officially unveiled today via livestream on all of their major outlets. Well, they have kept their word as we finally have the first trailer for Battlefield V and it’s looking to be an exhilarating time to say the very least.

In the trailer, we, of course, get to see our first look at gameplay from the upcoming WWII first-person shooter including the game’s vehicles, weapons, and more. You can, just like always, check out the full trailer at the end of the article.

Battlefield V is set to be officially released this October and will, as expected, be available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Windows PC.

Looks decent, the least impressed I've been with any Battlefield for a long time though.

Looks too arcade/call of duty like, doesn't look very historically accurate and seems to have gone for a more fun feeling than realism. I'm sure it'll be a good game but I'm not completely convinced just yet. I mean, a female soldier with a bionic arm in WWII..

Lots for EA/DICE to prove in the next few months.

Honestly WW1 was too far back. It was just boring and dull. WW2 is perfect, and I would be excited about that... but this doesn't look ANYTHING like WW2, at all... I don't know what is up with the Dev's recently but nothing is realistic anymore? Robot hand? What the hell.

The game looks pretty good hopefully we get more info at E3.

Sure, it looks good and all, but then again, they'll probably censor everything and cater to everyone just like in COD:WWII. I didn't watch the whole thing through. If it does end up having any historical accuracy and is as real as can get, I will definitely buy.

The gameplay looks really good however for some reason I'm not excited in the slightest for the release now knowing it's WW2, probably because I didn't like BF1.

TBH I'm not really interested in every game going this far back. One developer makes a game based on an old war and the rest follow. BF1 was good and WWII was okay. There are plenty of wars to base games around.

This gameplay looks amazing, even though I was hoping for a modern era game.
