The team at NetherRealm has been slowly revealing Mortal Kombat's roster over the last couple of months, but a new image appears to show off the full select screen. Most noteworthy is the awesome-looking robotic Sub-Zero you see on the left. If you take a look at the bottom-right of the select screen, you'll see another robot that isn't Cyrax or Sektor. I'm hoping for a robot Scorpion, but it could definitely be robot Smoke. Speaking of the latter, take a look at ninja Smoke's crazy afro hair.
It looks like almost every character from MK 1-3 is represented here, so it's pretty much a dream roster for longtime fans. Knowing Ed Boon and his team, we wouldn't be surprised at all if there were some super-secret characters not pictured in this screen.
I'm guessing the robotic sub-zero has something to do wih raiden going back in time. Maybe he gets caught by cyrax or sektor? Playing the demo of this brought me back to 1993 and riding my bike to the arcade with a pocket full of change!
