PUBG Mobile invaded by keyboard and mouse users

4.1
PUBG has a cheating problem, and no we’re not talking about the PC version this time.

Looks like some PUBG Mobile players have found a way to “cheat” by using a mouse and keyboard.

Thanks to the precision a mouse provides for aiming, it messing with game balance (thanks, PCgamesN).

One of the ways folks are able to use keyboard and mouse with PUBG Mobile is by installing the game on a Chromebook, according to Motherboard. KBM which are bluetooth enabled can also be pared with a tablet or smartphone to be used.

Another way is to run the game on PC is by using one of the available Android emulators on the market.

Whether folks view this as cheating or not is a manner of perspective, but however you look at it, KBM users have an unfair advantage over others who are sticking with touchscreen controls on PUBG Mobile.

PUBG Mobile was released earlier this month on Android and iOS in the US following a soft launch in Canada and an initial release in China.

ProJimmyRustler It's not an unfair advantage if other payers have the same ability to use mouse and keyboard as well.

The controls are so shit on mobile that I don't blame people for using other controls.

It's not part of the game. People are downloading the mobile game on their PC illegally and playing it that way which needs to be fixed

Whats illegal about it? Emulation isn't illegal, aslong as you own whatever you emulate. But PUBG is free, so no illegal activity is being commited.

I agree not illegal, but probably not part of their TOS lol. I mean for Xbox X, they said they'd cap frames so X players wouldn't have an unfair advantage over regular Xbox players (kind of defeated the purpose of buying an X, not to be unfair but to have higher FPS. Pissed me off). So if they can say more frames is unfair, I'm betting that this is definitely unfair in their eyes

i'd understand if it was cross-platform but yeah this is an unfair advantage.

why is this even possib;e they should make it not possible to use keyboard on the game!

TuskPosted:

That's in fair. People need to just play the game the way it's suppose to be played.

Yes it is unfair, why would someone use keyboard and mouse to play a mobile game. Why not use your PC, where it's meant to be used
