Fortnite Battle Royale iOS Invite Event Sign-Ups are Now Open

3.9
Epic Games announced last week that Fortnite Battle Royale would be making its way to iOS and Android devices later this year, to the surprise of many. When the developer made that announcement, sign-ups for an iOS exclusive invite event were also teased. Today, sign-ups have officially opened.

In order to participate in this Fortnite Battle Royale Invite Event on iOS devices, all players have to do is go to the link below and enter their email. Shortly thereafter, players will get an email with a code that can be redeemed on the App Store. According to Epic Games, Fortnite Battle Royale will only run on iPhone 6S/SE, iPad Mini 4, iPad Air 2, iPad 2017, iPad Pro or later, and requires iOS 11.

That being said, those who get in will get special invite codes that they can share with their friends. Unfortunately, Android users like myself will have to wait until later in the year before we can get our hands on the mobile version of Fortnite Battle Royale.

You can check out a brand new trailer for the mobile versions that was recently released by Epic Games below. Fortnite is currently available on PC, PS4, and Xbox One, and will be coming to iOS and Android later this year.

Wish I would have got a code. Seemed like the game turned out pretty good after all.

Got an email about this today (from sign up) it seems like Fortnite are grabbing any chance they get tbh.

I cannot even begin to imagine how bad this is in mobile. Oh my god how can people play that lmao.

signed up just to sell the code when it comes.

From what i seen in the trailer it didn't look that bad i'm just a little concerned on how it will play and how the controls will work out.

TomPosted:

Going to call it now, this won't be popular in the long run. Controls are going to be terrible, frame rate drops due to devices the game is played on, and people probably won't be playing this game on wifi due to skyrocketing data.

Will be very interesting to see what this game will play like on mobile lol.

If I had one of the newer iOS devices, I would most definitely sign up, the only iOS device I got is an iPhone 5c lol I currently use my Samsung Galaxy S7, and I will be patiently waiting for Fortnite to release on android so I can play it on it
