Darwin Project Finally Receives Early Access and Xbox Game Preview

Scavengers Studio’s battle royale game Darwin Project, which that incorporates more viewer interaction into the experience, has had several Alphas and Betas on PC since it was revealed at Microsoft’s E3 2017 Press Conference. Those of you waiting to play until it hit Early Access and Xbox Game Preview won’t have to wait much longer, as the developers revealed today that Darwin Project will be hitting those aforementioned services on PC and Xbox One on March 9.

This March 9 release date delivers on the previously promised Q1 2018 release window for the game, and will also mark the first time Darwin Project is playable for the public on Xbox One. The game will only cost $14.99 on both platforms.

The Early Access/Xbox Game Preview release also fully incorporates everything that was tested out in the last open beta into the experience. This includes Spectator Interactions, which lets viewers vote on what the in-game Show Director will do, Private Matches, and a variety of other improvements. Tom Seen gameplay and I dont see any future in this game. Graphics look great but overall gameplay really is nothing special. A development team who couldnt get Battle Royale right i guess.

Yeah totally agree. Its legit a Fortnite spin off. Sad to see.

Not even that, the combat looks terrible, UI looks pretty sloppy, and the dialog looks pretty bad tbh.

Epcot They need to stop making the same kinda of games. At least try to make them unique.

Cannot see this game surviving in the current market of Battle Royales dominated by PUBG and Fortnite.

Personally I'm not sure. The game looks outdated so it has to make up for it somewhere else, and I'm not sure it will. It's early access though so like, wont know more till more updates come.
