Upcoming Dragon Ball FighterZ patch will address connectivity issues

Dragon Ball FighterZ players can expect a patch addressing connectivity issues to drop later this month.

Speaking in a video update, Dragon Ball FighterZ producer Tomoko Hiroki outlined when players can expect the upcoming stability patches.

Hiroki said the development team is fully aware of the current online issues, such as matchmaking in Ring Match or being disconnected from the lobby.

“To resolve these issues, we are planning to release a patch in late February,” said Hiroki. “However, please bear in mind this first patch may not fix everything at once.

“Therefore, we are planning to release another patch in mid and late March to gradually resolve the issue. Rest assured, we will not stop until the fix has been completed.”

At the end of the video, Hiroki noted there’s plenty in store for players when it comes to Dragon Ball FighterZ. While not going into detail, the statement likely refers to upcoming DLC.

Tom never really faced any connectivity issues on my part but heard many complaints about it. Glad to see its being fixed.

I have not either. It is always good to see devs fixing problems with games though for sure.

My brother plays this and he constantly complains about the connectivity issues, glad to see their being handle. DBZ Fighterz is a really nice game.

Thank goodness. Connectivity issues are some of the most frustrating.

Good.

Connectivity issues are so annoying on any games.

Nice to see they finally got round to fixing the problems.

About dang time... It's ridiculous how long it took to even address the problems at hand.

Most games I don't seem to encounter these issues. It's just the waiting time to find a game.
