Battlefield 5 Under Production, DICE Hiring Producer For The Franchise

In a not so surprising turn of events, it looks like DICE are moving forward with the development of the next game in the Battlefield franchise. As per a job ad posted on their official website, their Stockholm studio is looking to hire a Senior Producer to work on the first person shooter series.

The job applicant is needs to meet plenty of requirements, among which are listed things such as “excellent understanding of the current shooter market and competition” as well as past work on at least three AAA titles developed on PC or console hardware. “We are now looking for a Senior Producer to join one of our teams on the Battlefield franchise,” the job ad reads. “As the Senior Producer you will be the primary owner of the project and you will report to the franchise Executive Producer. Our ideal candidate has a strong passion for console and PC gaming in general and shooters in particular.”

Eternity Going to WWI was great and all, but I'm looking forward to BF5. BF4 was my favorite in the series so far, just had an amazing feel to it. Maybe they'll hop between historic and modern day games every release, which would be fine with me.

It wasnt great at all in my opinion. Its really just dull with similar weapons since they didnt have a variety of them back in the day. The rides were terrible too, nothing unique or special in the game, wow a horse you can ride. Cant wait for it to come back to modern with amazing weapons and vehicles again.

true, I guess it was just a rumor. But I am too excited to play BF5 because 4 was probably my favorite one so far.

This should be a decent game, haven't really enjoyed recent battlefields tbh.
