Dragon Ball FighterZ Receives New Trailer Focusing on Goku Black

4.2
As Dragon Ball FighterZ is approaching its release in a couple of weeks, Bandai Namco Entertainment still continues to release videos about it build hype for the fighting game. This includes things like making videos with Green Bay Packers players and putting out several character breakdown videos. Today, Arc System Works and Bandai Namco Entertainment released a new character trailer, this time focusing on Goku Black.

While the character trailer is quite short, we do get a brief look at many of Goku Black’s powerful and flashy moves. Fortunately, Goku Black does play quite differently from regular Goku in the game, so any worries of him being a basic clone character should be wiped away. While a few of Goku Black’s attacks may take longer than other characters, he has a very useful teleport and hits very hard.

For those of you who aren’t aware, Dragon Ball FighterZ is the newest fighting game from Arc System Works, known for both the BlazBlue and Guilty Gear fighting game series. This game is based on the ultra-popular Dragon Ball franchise and will let players fight various characters from the series in a gorgeous 2.5D art style in both single-player and online.

You can check out the new Goku Black video below. DragonBall FighterZ is poised to launch on PC, PS4, and Xbox One January 26, but will have an Open Beta next week.

Why has more than one of the same character?

Wasn't a fan of the asspull at the end of this arc, but definitely the best arc in Super so far (ToP didn't really get good until 109) as well as my favorite character.

I was hoping for more of a budokai 3 styled DB game, but this is still definitely better than Xenoverse 1 and 2.
