Dragon Ball FighterZ Gets 1080p Screenshots Aplenty; Open Beta Dated

Today Bandai Namco released a large batch of 1080p screenshots of the upcoming fighting game by Arc System Works Dragon Ball FighterZ.

The screenshots showcase a mix of cutscenes and gameplay, including quite a few looks at the newly announced characters Goku Black, Beerus and Hit. They all look like they could be coming straight from one of the anime series, but that’s Arc System Works for you.

On top of the screenshots, we also get the dates and precise timeframes for the open beta, that will come in January. It will include an early access period for those who pre-ordered the game before the floodgates open for everyone.

Ilovememesbro I swear these dragon ball games are all the same they just add new characters, like why not add the new characters as a dlc or something why keep making a the same game over and over just to add new characters.

You realize this is a completely different take on the dragon ball games right? Rather than 3D combat, this game features 2D combat like the classic marvel vs capcom games. It has nothing to do with the current xenoverse games...

i dont like the style of the game, its too choppy and old school like street fighter. i know thats what they were going for but like whyyy. id rather have a dbz budokai 3 remaster or something.
