Microsoft: We expected Kinect to be hacked, but not that quick!

Speaking to the BBC Click show (latest episode), Microsoft's CEO Steve Ballmer commented that the team did expect Kinect to be hacked for PC but not that quick. Ballmer was in good spirits about the hacking and noted that he and MS expected them to 'orhcestrate' any kind of hacking themselves in due course. He went on to claim that what's being done with Kinect by enthusiasts if FANTASTIC! Quite a contrast to Sony's stance on hardware hacking don't you think?

Quite contrary on the Microsoft Xbox consoles point of view.... Jtag/flashing xboxes = perma ban and maybe a law suit if you're lucky
