One of the best looking games of the last console generation is about to look even better when L.A. Noire gets rereleased with 4K resolution support.
A new 4K trailer celebrates the updated visuals that the remastered game will boast, but fans should note that the 4K Ultra HD visuals are only possible on the PS4 Pro and Xbox One X.
While the game’s graphics won’t be at their best on less powerful platforms, L.A. Noire is also launching on the normal PS4 and Xbox One, as well as the Nintendo Switch. Unfortunately for Switch owners, the physical version of the game will cost $10 more than on the other two platforms, thanks to the “Switch tax.”
Gamers can look forward to the launch of the new and improved crime drama on November 14th. Further down the line, the recently revealed L.A. Noire: The VR Case Files brings the game’s thrilling detective work to virtual reality, in which players will solve mysteries from the game rebuilt specifically for VR.
