Sony in denial, claim they will fix PS3 hack through firmware updates

Sony has finally comented on the PS3 hacking extravaganza that is taking place right now! Speaking recently, they stated the following - We will fix the issues through network updates, but because this is a security issue, we are not able to provide you with any more details. Interestingly enough, fail0verflow yesterday stated that Sony WOULD NOT be able to fix the hack without releasing new hardware first!

The only way to fix it is through new hardware so most likely yes, Unless Sony gets smart and begins to Ban People, but the problem is we Can SIGN the Homebrew with Sony Signiture so it is as real as something you download off PSn to sony
