Xbox One Fall Update Shown in Video: Webcam Support, Blocks, New Gude

4
Microsoft released a new episode of its webcast “This Week on Xbox,” but this time around we see something that will come next week.

To be more precise, Larry “Major Nelson” Hryb, alongside Xbox Senior Program Manager Harrison Hoffman and Xbox Program Manager Ranika Kerjrival, shows off the fall update coming next week to Xbox One.

We get to see quite a few new features, including the blocks that let you put your favorite games and player front and center, the new guide and its new sub-menus that let you dig up more information on a certain topic without leaving the game.

A new app called Xbox Assist will also provide tips and tricks, troubleshooting help, and support on achievements.

Interestingly, a new broadcast & capture menu will bring lots of feature for streamers, on top of support for all webcams that you can grab off the shelf. This isn’t useful only for streamers, as the webcams will be compatible with Skype as well, letting you do video calls without the now pretty much dead and buried Kinect.

You can check the video out below. If you want to know more of what’s coming on Xbox One this month, you can enjoy the announcement of October’s Games with Gold.

Hollywood_Undead Damn not only you copy paste an entire article most of the time, but you misspelled it too!
I do like getting game news here often, as its not biased media bullcrap like CNN CBS FOX etc.
However, you might need to actually write a few out.

Yep, they stole the article from duelshockers, I'm sure the original writer is less than pleased.

They clearly gave Duelshockers credit at the bottom if you bother looking...

It's not a bad update at all though. I'm really liking it so far!

I was hoping they were going to do WebCam support since I just got a new 4K WebCam for live streaming, this is going to be so helpful when I start doing streaming with the new call of duty, hopefully I can have the WebCam work when I'm not live streaming so I can utilize my capture card and broadcasted over my computer with some more overlays.
