FIFA 18 scored the top spot last week, and the week before, toppling Destiny 2 off the top spot. Forza 7 was the big release last week, but it couldn’t sell enough to dethrone FIFA 18.
Even more interesting, FIFA 18 had a really good second week, stronger than FIFA 17’s, thanks in part to less fierce competition. Forza 7, on the other hand, sold less than Forza 6 in its opening week.
This is a bit of a trend for Forza games. Forza 7, Forza Horizon 3, and Forza 6 all landed in the number two spot in their debut weeks. Back to last week’s charts, Forza Horizon 3 scored a favourable spot yet again at number three, thanks to a hardware bundle.
