Xbox Assist offers personalized customer support

4.1
Microsoft has detailed a new feature that will be added to Xbox One soon called Xbox Assist.

“Within Xbox Customer Experience and Support, our goal is to make gamers happy and to help them get the most out of their Xbox experience,” Microsoft explained. “Whether it’s discovering new ways to play, learning tips for maximizing the features you already use, or finding help when something goes wrong, the new Xbox Assist app has you covered.”

Xbox Assist will offer players “guides to new features, how-to videos, suggestions for features that might be valuable to you, and a lot more.”

As well as this, the feature will also “provide personalized notifications and tips based on system, service and account status.” A few examples given include notifications about unclaimed free games, storage space notifications, and tutorials for remapping controller buttons on the Elite controller.

Xbox Assist is available now for select Xbox Insiders to test and will be pushed to all Xbox One owners this fall.

This is a good feature for new xbox gamers and those who want to learn some undisclosed features that you wouldnt find without exploring it.
Most just want to play the console instead of digging into what it provides. I think this will be a good feature for the dashboard
